CleanUP returns to Downtown Dallas Outreach on October 5, 2026, for another morning of free haircuts and food distribution. The event runs from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Downtown Dallas Outreach continues to be a familiar, welcoming hub for people experiencing homelessness in Dallas, and CleanUP is proud to keep showing up here regularly.

What to Expect

This visit's two primary offerings are haircuts and food. Volunteer hairdressers will offer free haircut events and community barber services throughout the morning, along with haircut vouchers for the needy and grooming services for low-income individuals, plus haircare assistance for single-parent families and complimentary haircuts for widows and widowers.

Food distribution takes place alongside the haircuts, ensuring every attendee leaves with something to eat in addition to a fresh look.
