Free Haircuts and Food Distribution at Downtown Dallas Outreach This July

CleanUP is back at Downtown Dallas Outreach on July 27, 2026, bringing free haircuts and food distribution to the community. The event runs from 9:30 AM to noon, a two-and-a-half-hour window of hands-on service.

About the Venue

Downtown Dallas Outreach continues to serve as a steady, welcoming hub for people experiencing homelessness in the city, and CleanUP is proud to return here regularly to offer practical, consistent support.

What to Expect

This event centers on our two main services: haircuts and food. Volunteer hairdressers will host free haircut events and community barber services, with haircut vouchers for the needy and grooming services for low-income individuals available all morning. Special attention continues to go toward haircare assistance for single-parent families and complimentary haircuts for widows and widowers.

Alongside the grooming services, our team will distribute food to everyone who attends, making sure no one leaves without a meal in hand. Pairing these two forms of care in one visit reflects CleanUP's belief that dignity is built through consistent, practical support rather than a single gesture.
